The Pringle family had outgrown the function of their current house. They needed a larger kitchen and family room, a home office space, and the addition of a master bedroom suite as well as bedrooms for their growing sons. Maintaining much of the existing structure, Berzinsky Architects reworked the interior spaces while adding a small addition to the house. The interior spaces have been transformed into a large kitchen with a wet bar area that bleeds into the open family room. The master suite includes a large walk in closet that leads to the new master bathroom with vaulted ceilings, large whirlpool tub and separate frameless shower enclosure. Many windows allow natural light into the space along with views of the extension grounds. The exterior of the house also received a makeover.
